We are looking for an experienced HVAC service technician who is eager to learn, share knowledge, and grow alongside our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative, and ready to take initiative both in the field and in supporting broader team goals.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($30–$45/hr for qualified candidates)

Overtime available at 1.5x regular rate

Qualifications

Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heat pump HVAC systems

Willingness to work independently and as part of a team

Strong customer service and communication skils

Flexibility to adapt and respond to urgent or high-priority tasks

Willingness to assist with operations beyond service calls (e.g., material deliveries, warehouse support)

Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks as required by our partner

3 or more years of experience as a HVAC/R service technician

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems up to 5 tons

Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment

Respond to emergency service calls in a timely, professional manner

Accurately document service calls, materials used, and customer recommendations

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Comply with company policies, safety standards, and local HVAC codes

Support junior technicians or apprentices when necessary

Assist with operations as needed (e.g., delivering materials, warehouse support)

Maintain consistent communication with clients and team on service call status
