Review and organize project manpower weekly
Work with our established crews on all projects
Supervise and accept all material deliveries at yard and site
Manage weekly, monthly material logs board
Produce weekly manpower reports
Project layout, field measures, coordination
Weekly project meetings with estimator, project execs, client teams
