Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
-Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
-Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
-Secure permits and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
Construction Management
-Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
-Manage subcontractors and crews, conducting regular progress meetings and site inspections.
-Resolve conflicts, delays, or unexpected issues quickly and effectively.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
-Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and clients.
-Provide regular project updates, reports, and walkthroughs.
-Ensure client expectations are managed and exceeded through proactive communication.
Risk & Safety Management
1Implement site safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
-Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
-Maintain compliance with OSHA and other safety standards.
Qualification
-10+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
-Strong knowledge of residential building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
-Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
-Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Houzz) and MS Office Suite.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
