We’re seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Furniture, Art & Frame Shop Assistant / Transport Technician to join our team.
This hands-on, all-around role combines workshop assistance with transporting, installing, and assembling furniture, frames, and artwork for our clients.
Every day is different — you might be sanding or prepping a frame, delivering and installing restored antique furniture, or setting up fine art in a customer’s home. You'll work closely with our restoration and operations team to ensure each piece is handled with craftsmanship, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with furniture and frame preparation (sanding, staining, basic repairs) in the workshop
Help with basic furniture assembly and custom frame finishing
Safely pick up, transport, and install fine furniture, artwork, and frames at client locations and shops
Wrap, pad, and secure items carefully for safe movement
Perform onsite installations of artwork and furniture using proper tools and techniques
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle
Daily cleaning and organization of workshop, office, and common areas
Empty trash and recyclables, restock supplies, and ensure adequate cleaning materials are available
Communicate courteously and professionally with clients and teammates
Handle every piece with precision, craftsmanship, and pride
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work standing or at heights if needed
Basic woodworking or hand tool skills
Comfortable with hardware/tools for art and furniture installations
Prior experience handling fine furniture, artwork, antiques, or restoration is a plus (but training is available!)
Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
Team-focused attitude and a good sense of humor!
