ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We are seeking to hire Landscape Foremen who will lead a crew, while providing comprehensive landscaping services to our residential and commercial client base. Landscape Foremen both follow and provide instructions, are keen problem-solvers, and possess excellent communication skills.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Lead and coordinate crewmembers to ensure properties are well-maintained and that crews are demonstrating proper use of tools and proper allocation of resources.
Ensure all crewmembers obey health and safety regulations at all times.
Train new hires and existing crewmembers as needed or required.
Work within a crew to provide seasonal services in a timely manner to ensure our customers’ properties look beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Services may include spring/fall clean-ups, mowing, planting, pruning, weeding and more!

WHAT IT TAKES
Foreman/Crew Leader experience within landscaping or a similar industry
Valid Driver’s License
Able to follow and provide instructions to crewmembers and offer training and guidance
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Consistent and reliable attendance
Able to work long hours as needed and in a variety of weather conditions
Able to perform the physical requirements of the position (e.g., walk, lift, bend, push, pull, etc.)
3+ years of landscaping experience is preferred
