About us: We are an irrigation leader since 1980 seeking to add experienced technicians to our growing team.
Position Description: We are seeking reliable candidates to work Monday-Friday (no weekends!) with at least one year of irrigation preferred. We offer steady work from March- Christmas as well as potential for snow removal shifts. We are seeking long-term candidates to join a family oriented business with unlimited growth potential. Landscape lighting experience is a plus. We are willing to train applicants with basic mechanical skills and a good work ethic. Because this job involves travelling, we require a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of a crew leader and with a dedicated team to achieve daily production and service goals
Install, troubleshoot, and/or repair irrigation systems
Ability to startup systems in the spring and winterize them in the fall
Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and positive way
Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles
Maintain a clean and orderly job site including the office, yard and company vehicles
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience in irrigation field
Able to communicate in English
Strong work ethic, demonstrable ability in prioritization
Current MA driver’s license
Plumbing experience is a plus
Pay: $1000/week plus commission potential
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Seasonal position, March-Christmas
Work Location: Marlboro headquarters and on the road to various job locations
