Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Irrigation Foreman located in Hudson, MA. The Irrigation Foreman will be responsible for with on-site oversite irrigation projects, managing a team of workers, operating heavy equipment, performing the necessary irrigation tasks the project detailed, and ensuring effective communication with both management and team members. Daily tasks will include supervising the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and effective Communication abilities
Experience with Heavy Equipment operation
Proficiency in Irrigation and Irrigation Maintenance tasks and procedures
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Experience in the construction or landscaping industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous
