Inside Sales-Sales Counter Associate

Learn the HVAC controls business and figure out if you are more technical or sales focused. We will train accordingly. Work the sales counter. Make outbound sales calls. We provide products and services to Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Contractors working on HVAC systems. We offer a wide array of products specializing in HVAC controls & gas detection systems. Responsibilities: Perform outbound calls to Contractors and End Users (Prospects and House Accounts) Share BCS marketing information with prospects and customers Provide quotations on request Enter and process Sales Orders Capture and pass sales leads to Branch or Outside Sales team Maintain customer Sales Order and Backorder files Assist branch plan to increase Counter/Walk-in Sales Maintain and grow House Accounts Learn to estimate and price jobs Opportunities in sales or technical are available based on desire, attitude & aptitude. Qualifications: Customer Service experience and desire to serve. Ability to self-manage. Technical product acumen. HVAC experience (nice to have). Controls / Building Automation experience (nice to have).
