We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpenter and laborer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a hands-on environment. As a laborer, you will assist with a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
Operate hand tools and basic equipment as directed.
Complete detailed work from cabinetry install and trim to framing!
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.
Complete tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Previous Finish-frame experience preferred.
Ability to lift [50-100 LBS] repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for the role).
