Immediate openings for Experienced HVAC Technicians with primary focus being on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, knowledge of refrigeration is a plus.

We install and service a range of equipment; Gas Furnaces, Central A/C and Heat Pumps, Ductless Mini-Splits and Roof-top units, Light Commercial Refrigeration.
Candidate should have the ability to troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance and provide a high level of customer service while out in the field.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills are key at being successful
Able to work well on a team as well as independently
3+ years’ experience in HVAC service and repair a plus
Experience with appliance repair is a plus
Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment repair
Ability to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R issues
Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs daily and able to work from a ladder
Valid (unrestricted) driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems
Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses
Performing preventative maintenance
Install thermostats and other HVAC controls
Ensuring the condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions
Maintaining service truck
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards, follow safety procedures
Some weekends required (on-call rotation with additional compensation)
Required licenses or certifications:
EPA Certification
