Summary
Residential Homebuilding, Remodeling, and Development company is seeking a qualified construction supervisor for full-time employment in the Southeastern Massachusetts Area.
Job Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Supervising labor staff
-Interacting with, and between, subcontractors
-Maintaining construction schedules for timely delivery of new homes, additions and renovations.
-Monitoring to ensure construction conforms with code and quality standards
-Overseeing all aspects of construction
-Supervision and implementation of safety protocols.
Qualifications
-Prior experience as a construction supervisor and/or site foreman, or equivalent construction experience
-Massachusetts Unrestricted CSL, Massachusetts HIC license, and OSHA 30 Certification preferred, but not required, if ability to obtain within 6 months.
-Good communication, organization, and time management skills
-Basic computer/tablet skills required
-Experience in residential home construction required, experience in single-family home construction preferred.
Compensation to be determined based on experience.
