Martin's Cleaning & Painting Inc. (Martins Home Experts) is a growing company looking for a skilled construction estimator who will be involved in overseeing residential and commercial home services, with a strong focus on adherence to budgets. Potential hire will also work as somewhat of a salesman as well, selling the services we provide and also provide clients with estimates/proposals. Potential hire will go on jobsites and speak directly to homeowners. This is a part time position (3 days a week). Company vehicle will be provided.
Services we offer most: Exterior and Interior Painting, Carpentry, Siding, Drywall, Commercial and Residential Cleaning. Potential to take on home remodeling projects as well.
Requirements:
English speaker
10+ years' experience in the construction/ home remodeling field
Proven experience in giving estimates
Strong understanding of construction processes and project coordination
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Reliable
On time
Calm
Valid driver's license
Valid Social Security
Strong sales skills
