Then, we apply a specific Production Rate to everything you will be working on. These rates were calculated based upon real-world time-trails with average carpenters and we disclose these rates to you in advance.
Second, we multiply the total labor hours by a fair and generous Clear Pay Hourly Rate. This means we tell you EXACTLY what we pay you per labor hour.
So, you know how many labor hours are assigned on a project. Then, we multiply those hours by a rate we both agree to in advance.
This completely eliminates surprises and puts you in the driver’s seat.
If you ever feel something was missed on an estimate, we’ll happily take a look at the project with you. If this means we owe you extra labor hours, we pay it. No fuss.
Third, you don’t have to hassle with marketing, sales, scheduling or even ordering the materials. We take care of all that in our operations department.
