Small Building/Remodeling company, based in Dedham, looking for skilled, self-motivated individuals with extensive knowledge in carpentry or painting. Must be self-motivated and able to work on their own, as well as with others. Must have transport, tools, tax id, SS #, and excellent references. Minimum 5 years' experience#5. Pay based on experience. Qualified applicants only.
Basic requirements: Wide range of skills including carpentry (frame to finish), drywall, tile, painting, door & window installation, general home maintenance
- Ability to do high quality work with limited supervision
- Reliable, late model vehicle and tools
- Ability to work with technology (e-mail and text messaging)
- Live within our service area which includes the Greater Boston suburbs and MetroWest.
- Owning carpentry tools (hand - Finish carpentry experience
- Door hanging, some hardware installation experience
- Fluent in English
- Punctuality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Painting interior & exterior a Plus
- patching walls
Skills not required, but are considered a plus:
- Experience in masonry, patching, tile work, painting, etc.
- EPA - Renovation/Repair/Painting certification
