Concrete Solutions and Waterproofing is a growing construction company based in Massachusetts, specializing in concrete, masonry, and waterproofing. We’re currently hiring a skilled Brick Mason Foreman to take the lead on brick repair, repointing, and new construction jobs. This is a full-time role with real opportunities for growth and leadership.
About the Job:
Lead your own crew on brick repair, repointing, and new builds
Be the go-to person for all brick-related work
Supervise laborers and teach them proper masonry techniques
Handle materials, oversee job sites, and ensure quality work
Communicate with company leadership on scheduling and progress
What We’re Looking For:
At least 5 years of experience in brick masonry
Foreman or leadership experience preferred
Must be reliable and have your own transportation
Able to read plans, run small crews, and get the job done right
Comfortable teaching laborers and maintaining a positive team environment
OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus
