Operations Support - Ship/Receive, Quality Supervisor
eComp, Electronic Components Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Quality Supervisor to provide assistance in Shipping, Receiving and Quality Control. In-house training will be provided.
This is a great opportunity for an energetic individual to become familiar with eComp product line and to begin an exciting career in Quality and Electronics. This is a hands on focused opportunity.
Reporting Relationship: The position will report to the President
Responsibilities:
Interface with operations, sales, test and quality management
Quality control, test, shipping and receiving
Interface and support Operations department functions
Establishes and maintains processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents.
Maintain filing system in neat and orderly manner
Maintain inventory of parts
Customer service assistance
Track & facilitate RMA’s between ship/receive & operations
Maintain a neat, organized and orderly QC ship receive department
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Well organized, accurate and attentive to details
Review drawings and specifications
Computer skills, Windows based, Excel and Word
Interest in electronics, hardware and testing of products
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Must show initiative
Education - High School or better
Will train
