Responsibilities:
Lead personalized, science-based training sessions tailored to each client’s unique needs
Assist with front desk operations (greeting clients, answering phones, managing schedules)
Promote and sell personal training packages, memberships, and specialized fitness programs
Educate clients on our cutting-edge fitness systems and the science behind them
Maintain a positive and professional environment for all clients
Help manage client check-ins, payments, and inquiries
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
Previous experience in sales and front desk or customer service roles
Passion for science-backed training techniques and measurable results
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
