Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care and aesthetics, providing exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our customers. Your expertise in various techniques, including pink & white, acrylic, dip and nail art and care, will enhance the overall client experience. If you have a following, that would be a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow.
Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance practices.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in nail care techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Pay: potential $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Commission plus tips based on experience and customer count
