You'll be responsible for scaling the product, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring alignment with business goals.ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy: Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing product team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.Product Delivery: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product strategy and delivery.Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and user satisfaction.Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends and continuously improve products based on feedback and insights.QualificationsExperience: 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
