We are a small startup with a project called Thin Line Glass. We combine traditional stained glass techniques with steel, paint, lead, mirror, zinc, polymers, sandblasting, and a variety of new innovations to make unique flags and designs to honor first responders.
There are over 83,000 municipalities in the USA that have dedicated, hardworking, dependable police, firefighters, dispatchers, EMS, and we plan to create an avenue for their recognition with stained glass craftsmanship.
We are looking for someone to become our lead salesperson; someone who is comfortable connecting to businesses and to first responder communities including fire, police, dispatchers, and EMS. Our strategy is two pronged:
1. To identify a leading business, association, or union in the city, town, or municipality that would like to honor local first responders.
2. Identify local brick and mortar establishments whom would like to carry Thin Line Glass stained glass pieces to sell directly to local citizens who appreciate their local first responders.
We make a variety of stained glass designs which can be seen on our website, http://ThinLineGlass.org. Videos of each series are also on the website.
A PDF of our working catalog can be found here on the website. Each piece has space for customization including seals, inscriptions, colors, and surface finishes.
We know that the Thin Blue Line and Thin Red Line motifs are controversial, so we also have more more traditional stained glass designs available via our https://AlmaMaterDesigns.org which can feature departmental badges, municipal seals, photo collages, and other stained glass configurations customized for first responder departments and constituents.
Our ideal sales person is personable, reliable, creative, resourceful, and can create opportunity. Because we are located in Boston, we would like to start in New England, but the opportunities are endless. Not only do we craft stained glass flags, we also produce gift packages for more formal recognition of individuals and departments.

If you have a genuine personality, a drive for sales, a love for craftsmanship, and would like play a part in honoring indispensible first responders, we want to hear from you. As we are an early startup, compensation is negotiable and scaleable as we grow. Thanks for your attention!
