This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth by building strong client relationships and offering tailored landscaping solutions.You have a proven ability to hunt your own leads, generate appointments with decision makers, close high value contracts, and execute referral cycles. Experience with exterior facilities maintenance is helpful, but not required. Work will occur in our office in Rowley, MA with travel throughout a 25 mile radius territory.If you have a passion for landscaping, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients to understand their landscaping needs. - Promote and sell a wide range of landscaping services, including Maintenance and Smaller Enhancements - Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates through Aspire Software- Collaborate with our landscape designer and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. - Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices to provide expert advice to clients. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications and Skills:- Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and services. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industry. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM software is mandatory for this role.-Aspire Software a great asset although we will train the right candidate.-A positive and energetic personality to fit with our growing business and team-Clean, neat and professional appearance.
