About the Role:
As our Operations & Outreach Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our day-to-day tasks are completed smoothly and effectively. This part-time position combines operational support with outbound outreach to connect with potential clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
Manage inventory and maintain detailed spreadsheets.
Track team priorities and ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Conduct outbound phone calls to identify leads and follow up with customers.
Handle email marketing campaigns and maintain our CRM system.
Provide reminders and support to team members to ensure tasks are completed.
Manage invoicing, light bookkeeping, and ticket platform updates.
Office administrative work as needed (retain inventory, light cleaning etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Comfortable making outreach calls and engaging with customers.
Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email marketing is a plus.
Experience in customer service, sales, or operational roles is beneficial but not required.
