Are you a hungry, driven sales professional ready to take control of your income and work with a cutting-edge Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Internet Services Provider (ISP) hybrid that's rewriting the rules? We’re a fast-growing, innovative tech company that’s looking for a growth catalyst MSP Sales Representative in the Boston area to join our remote team and help build something extraordinary.

Compensation that Rewards Hustle:

$40K base

10% commission per $1K invoice amount per month on every sale for first 2 years—(yes, perpetual residuals!) EX: $1000-$1999 = $100/mo commission, $2000-$2999 = $200/mo commission, etc.

Years 3-5 - Commission drops to 5% of monthly invoice amount

Year 6+ - Commission drops to 2.5% of monthly invoice amount

Full first month’s invoice from every new client—yours to keep

Goal OTE: $75K–$85K+ in Year 1 (just 3 deals/month to hit target)

No cap on commissions. No territory restrictions. No limits on your growth.

The Role:

You’ll be selling our powerful suite of MSP and ISP solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the Boston metro area and beyond. This is a fully remote position (we'll equip you with a laptop), but when needed to close the deal, you’re empowered to meet clients face-to-face.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and close new business with SMBs in need of managed IT, cybersecurity, connectivity, and support services

Identify client pain points and provide value-driven solutions that speak to their needs

Manage the full sales cycle: from cold outreach and discovery to close

Build a recurring book of business that pays you every single month

Be a part of a high-growth company where your ideas and impact matter

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience in an outside sales or field rep role (tech background is a plus, but not required)

Self-motivated, energetic, and unafraid to cold call or knock doors if needed

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Boston-based or within driving distance to meet clients as needed

Strong communication skills and a hunter mentality
