Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North East Region of the US. The territory is Mass and surrounding states. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires an individual that is a highly motivated self-starter with a competitive nature. This is a Home Based role and you will be provided with a Mercedes Sprinter van, lap top, phone, and everything else you'll need to be successful. We are an employee based company that appreciates and respects our employee's above all else.

Responsibilities

-Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

-Visit clients and prospects in their locations, which often requires travel.

-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight technical specifications.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in HubSpot.

-Utilize your technical knowledge to explain product features and benefits clearly.

-Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in technical fields.

Skills

-Previous experience in technical sales or a related field.

-Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently.

- Proficiency in account management, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

-Strong interpersonal skills.

-Proven ability to organize high volume of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

-Experience in technical sales, particularly in demonstrating product features and conducting product demos.

-Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships.

-Strong background in sales, with a focus on understanding and selling technical products or services.

-Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

About our Company

Smartlift is a manufacturer of material handling machines. Our focus began with glass but has many different verticals including granite and marble, aerospace, refrigeration and many others. The Smartlift Product Representative (Sales Person) can live anywhere in the above listed territory.
