We are seeking outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote our monthly electrical membership plans. This is a commission-only opportunity—you control your schedule and your income potential.
This is not a salaried or hourly position. Pay is based solely on commissions earned through sales.
ABLE TO WORK IN THE NORTH SHORE AN SOUTH SHORE OF BOSTON.
PART TIME/ FULL TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential or commercial properties to promote our electrical membership services
Explain the benefits of our monthly tiered plans ($30, $50, $75)
Answer questions, build rapport, and sign up new members
Track your sales and report performance weekly
Compensation:
Commission-only: Earn up to 50% commission per sale
Example: Earn $15–$35 per sale depending on the plan tier
Unlimited earning potential — the more you sell, the more you make
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with face-to-face interaction and door-to-door outreach
Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
Access to transportation preferred
Sales experience a plus, but not required — we provide basic training and materials
