We’re growing fast—and looking for a driven, hands-on leader to take our customer service team to the next level.

Cash for Gold USA is one of the leader in the online precious metal recycling industry. We’re a fast-paced, collaborative office with a sharp, motivated team—and we’re looking for a Customer Service Manager who can lead by example, jump in to close deals, and deliver an exceptional experience to every customer.

About the Role:

As our Customer Service Manager, you'll do more than just oversee the team—you’ll roll up your sleeves, close deals, handle high-value customer transactions, and bring structure, strategy, and energy to our front-line operations. You'll manage a small, busy team while also acting as a key point of contact for top-tier customers.

This is an on-site position with room to grow, immediate impact, and performance-based incentives.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of customer service reps

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication (phone, email, text)

Personally manage high-value leads and close deals

Resolve complex or escalated issues with professionalism and urgency

Oversee shipping, insurance, and appraisal workflows to ensure efficiency

Identify ways to improve systems and customer satisfaction

Track performance, coach team members, and support training

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service management, sales, or call center leadership

Strong communicator who’s confident on the phone and calm under pressure

Motivated to own your results and lead from the front

High attention to detail—especially with time-sensitive or high-value items

Organized, reliable, and proactive in improving systems and people

Comfortable working full-time on-site in Canton, MA

18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
