Position Summary: As a Wholesale Sales Representative you will participate in daily team meetings, distribution of a product menu to customers and touch points with customers. Touch points with customers may include store visits, facilitating a tour of our grow facility, and networking events. This is a travel heavy position in which you will work remotely or at our Littleton site when not on the road. Our Wholesale Sales Representative will report into the Wholesale Manager. As a Wholesale Sales Representative you will collaborate cross functionally with our fulfillment and delivery teams to ensure customer success as well as to meet monthly sales goals as defined by the Wholesale Manager and company Ownership.Job Roles and Responsibilities: Minimum monthly goal of $50k in sales - Mandatory after initial orientation period Manage Western and Central MA accounts Identify and pursue prospective customers Partner cross functionally with various departments including but not limited to delivery, fulfillment, marketing, etc. Support business needs and customer events on weekends and holidays as needed. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedule, and merchandising techniques. Track and manage expenses occurred through travel and customer outings Manage and maintain client contact lists by providing continuous outreach to discuss potential needs Identify client problems and provide insights to products that highlight a potential resolution. Negotiate prices and terms before preparing sales agreements Process purchase orders into sales quotes Skills: Strong written and oral communications skills Results focused attitude and proven ability to lead a successful team Customer service driven with an emphasis on relationship building and management Strong knowledge of cannabis products, CCC regulations, cannabis retail and delivery operations Ability to problem solve and innovate in a fast-paced environment while adhering to critical deadlines Prior experience in negotiation and closing Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and tracking software Superior organization skills with an emphasis on detail orientation Shows innovation and initiative to grow business and sales opportunities Prior experience in the Cannabis Industry with knowledge of cannabis retail etiquette Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience Expert knowledge of cannabis retail and delivery operations Prior knowledge of METRC and CCC regulations Allergen Information:Please note that this position operates in a facility that processes foods and other products that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, and other potential allergens.
