Position Overview

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven B2B Tech Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals that drive revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in technology and a passion for sales. You will play a key role in our growth by connecting with businesses that can benefit from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and identify potential business clients who could benefit from our tech solutions

- Initiate contact with leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.) and qualify prospects

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions

- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns

- Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software

- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business networks and increase brand visibility

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

- Passion for technology and understanding of industry trends is a plus

- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and within a team
