Avis of Waltham is currently hiring for Rental Sales Agent. As a rental sales agent you are responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales to travelers by assisting them with renting vehicles as well as preparing cars for their next rental. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong communication skills are essential.
Requirements
Effective verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer Skills (typing, data entry)
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or within the car rental industry is ideal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
