This is our 18th year. For revenue our company makes software. It is an extension or replacement to whatever tech our customers use for marketing, sales, after-sales or their order to cash cycle. About 100 of us now. Our competitors are mostly double digit Billionmega enterprises. One of our customers makes cakes, another supplies scientific products to defense establishments and organizations like NASA. Our ideal customer has complexity or scale in their sales cycle, or the product that they sell is scientific/complex/high value, or they make things that require exacting standards from their customers. If all of this means something to you, consider applying. If you have worked in a shopfloor or have some awareness of manufacturing industry (elucidate in your email/cv pls) it will help you meet goals sooner. Or have you managed a sales teams in the past? that could shorten the learning curve too.
You will have 5/7 reps assigned to you. These reps make 50-85 calls/ day and schedule appointments with C level decision makers who are interested in learning more about our software. If you have experience with prospecting or selling in B2B sales environments that will be a great plus. Note on Compensation:
1: Base Salary: Only after probation, 30 to 180 Days. Will determine probation period before we make an offer to you.
2: Commissions: Expect to make $50,000 to $100,000 Every year
3: Bonuses: We sell subscriptions. Customers pay us fair value for a very long period of time. When the customers you bring in and manage are tenured, your bonus pay outs will be 25% to 50% over your annual commissions.
Requirements:
1: US Citizens only please at this time.
2: Age: Should have some Battle Scars (life)! Younger is ok but the ideal team member is 30- 50 years.
3: Travel: Larger deals sometimes require a meet, anywhere in the US. For the year this would not total to more than 10 days.
4: Contract vs Full time: Once you mature in the business we'd convert the arrangements to a full time employee.
5: Work Hours: Eastern Time but we get prospects across all time zones.
6: Devices, connectivity : Only during probation, you will need to use your own devices, Laptop and smartphone. You will need good connectivity and work desk for video meetings with C level/Senior Execs.
