Job Description:

RoadmapMetrics, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive (Services) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling services, particularly in the technology sector. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients primarily in the New England area. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in selling our suite of customized services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of RoadmapMetrics' services and value proposition across Business Management Consulting, Ongoing Operations Management, Systems Implementation, and Software Development Services.

Identify and prioritize target customer segments for RoadmapMetrics' services within the New England area.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Utilize various methods including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to reach out to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns tailored to target customer segments.

Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand clients' pain points to propose appropriate solutions.

Prepare and present service proposals to prospective clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their business needs and how RoadmapMetrics' services can address them.

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM tool.

Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling services and technology solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.

Knowledge of the New England business landscape and industries preferred.
