All EIS, Inc. Security Officers are carefully screened according to talents, qualifications, experience, and overall disposition for the job they would be performing. Security Officers will work in a fast-paced environment and must possess people skills. All applicants must pass a background investigation of personal character, professional references, and criminal records. Basic computer skills necessary. May be required to left up to 25 lbs. and have a full range of mobility throughout the workday. Must be able to act in a quick and professional manner during an emergency. Must be able to pass CPR/FIRST AID AED training (provided).
Security job description:
- Conduct patrols of interior and exterior of assigned security post
- Inspect property to protect against fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism, and illegal activity
- Use of various forms of communications, cameras, and video monitors.
- Expected to write reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years related experience (may be required for certain job openings)
Special Work Schedule Requirements:
- May be required to work rotating shifts on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must live within a reasonable distance from job site
- May be required to report for duty at any time, including during state of emergencies
- Must be at least 21+ years of age
