Why You'll Love This Job: Being a member of Technology Research & Innovation (TRI) group, you will model business processes, derives requirements, and produces detailed business rule definitions to build system functional component descriptions. You will participate in projects from the Business Requirements review phase, working with Functional Architects and product management, to analyze the requirements in detail. This involves reviewing business requirements and documenting functional specifications details for the application development team. This position provides mentorship to team members by elaborating the vital details for projects. You will analyze business processes in detail, participating in application design, supporting development teams and testing. You possess good communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate business processes into functional specifications. This position requires working closely with the technical and governance functions, reviewing, and interpreting technical designs and specifications, assisting with estimating costs and producing schedules. Your Responsibilities:
- Business Process Management and Modeling
- Analyzes business processes and derives functional requirements
- Design functional processes by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
- Data Modeling
- Defines business entities
- Builds conceptual, logical and physical data model structures
- Describes data attributes
- Understands data relationships and dependency rules
- Graphical User Interface Design and Usability
- Integration of Business functions and services
- Assists in the development of Test scripts
- Ensures functional accuracy through peer review process
- Participates in aspects of SIT execution and defect reviews; supports user acceptance and industry testing
- Process automation
- Recommends controls by identifying gaps and designing solutions to automate manual processes
- Performs the Project Management role as defined in AD's SDLC for team initiatives
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in IT
- Proven track record of up to 3 years with Technical Business Analysis in a software development and/or testing related projects
- Bachelors' degree in a business or technical field and/or related experience preferred
- Awareness of Security and Privacy Risks is helpful
- Demonstrates Accountability, Global Collaboration, Communication, Influencing and Innovation & Creativity skills
