- Help design and implement procedures to resolve security and access control issues
- Assist on design and implement procedures to resolve security, permission, and access control related issues
- Help configure and maintain firewall systems
- Resolve complex sets of requirements into straightforward access rules, and author code to integrate products and enable automation.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing operating systems, applications, or networking technologies to provide context to security data
- At least 5 years of related industry experience
- Experience managing Cisco ASA firewalls
- Ability to code in Python
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must provide availability outside of normal work hours to make changes during approved enterprise change windows (overnight) and provide support during major incidents (on call)
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, vulnerability scanning tools, and EDR tools a plus
