Pool Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a solid understanding of pool care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

Manage daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and scheduling.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary products.

Monitor and meet sales goals and performance metrics.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Customer Service:

Provide expert advice and solutions to customers regarding pool care, maintenance, and equipment.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.

Inventory and Sales:

Manage inventory levels, place orders, and reduce shrinkage.

Implement and oversee in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.

Identify new sales opportunities and recommend products based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a pool supply or similar industry.

Strong knowledge of pool care, chemicals, and maintenance equipment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is a plus.
