Full Time: Mon-Fri with rotating Saturday
Starting Rate: $20/hr + commission
We are seeking a Rental Agent. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth rental transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing multiple rental fleets
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about rental options, rates, and policies
Cleaning & Fueling Vehicles
Maintaining vehicles (scheduling oil changes, tires, brakes, etc.)
Entering payments from Service and Sales departments
Handling toll violation disputes & insurance claims
Reporting as needed
Experience:
Previous experience in rentals environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel to maintain rental records and generate reports
Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
Front desk or receptionist experience is advantageous, as you will be the first point of contact for customers
Ability to be on feet for long periods of time
Valid Drivers License/Ability to pass a drug and background check
