1. GUARANTEED PAY: You will get paid hourly starting at $23-$40 per hour while you train depending on your past experience, with the goal of training you to become an independent, full-fledged sales and listing agent in as quickly as 12 months.
2. FLEXIBILITY: You can work as many hours as you want or as little as you want during our busy season, which is February through July. You can work weekends only, weekdays only, or a combination of both! If you need to take vacations certain weeks or weekends, it’s up to you!
3. 100% REMOTE: We are a virtual office, but highly connected through our online communication systems.
4. AMAZING COLLEAGUES: Although we are virtual most of the time, we have regular social meetups at distilleries, restaurants, pickleball, and Topgolf. We are a tight knit bunch but welcome new agents with open arms. We have created a drama-free, highly supportive culture, and are all here to help cheer you on and help you succeed. We truly want you to make it and be successful.
5. RENTAL & SALE TRAINING: Most agencies focus on rentals only or sales only. We would train you on both simultaneously if you wanted or you could focus on one or the other and adjust over time. It’s completely up to you.

Required Qualifications:
Real Estate License in good standing
Must have own car, must be clean inside and out (mileage not reimbursed)
Must be able to set up appointments without ever being late
Must be willing to commute into the Cambridge/Boston area
Highly responsive to email, text and phone calls
High attention to detail and organization of clients and schedule
Ability to track working hours accurately
Self-driven and motivated to getting tasks accomplished
