We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Showing Agent to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in showing rental of properties across the Greater Boston Area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients. This position requires flexibility and a strong team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings with prospective clients in coordination with the leasing or sales agent.
Safely manage and organize property keys and lockboxes as necessary.
Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of the company during property showings.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing relevant property details and addressing questions.
Maintain timely and clear communication with the leasing or sales agents regarding client feedback and showing outcomes.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the Greater Boston Area and its neighborhoods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
