Your Responsibilities
The Portfolio Occupancy Manager will oversee the management of affordability programs associated with compliance for the Dorchester/Roxbury Portfolio which consists of 8 scattered properties with 400 units. The work hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include supervision of occupancy staff, marketing and leasing, management of the waitlist, EIV compliance, ensure compliance with housing plans, oversee the annual income certification process, manage agency audits and compliance reviews, and compliance reporting.
Your Qualifications
Experience must include strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer skills with MS Office. Experience with Section 8 (Project Based & Mobile), HOME, and LIHTC programs are required. Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and/or C3P designation is preferred. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
