Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Motivated Individuals: Hungry to break into the rental market and learn effective ways to close deals.

- Recent License Holders: If you've just obtained, or will be obtaining your Real Estate License, let's have coffee.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engagement: The key to success in rentals. The more you engage, the more you earn.
- Advertising: Internal, direct, and open listings on multiple platforms. Manage and maintain your advertisements.
- Customer Interaction: Follow up with interested customers, set up appointments, and execute showings.
- Transaction Management: Handle transactions from start to finish, ensuring secure acceptance of applications and efficient paperwork submission.
- Property Engagement: Visit, photograph, and video properties of interest.
- Networking: Build relationships with landlords, property managers, and customers to expand your network and influence in the Boston rental market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Self-Motivation: A positive attitude and a desire to develop relationships.
- License: Active MA Real Estate License, (or in the process of getting it).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Essentials: Own a cell phone and have reliable transportation.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
