Our client, a biopharmaceutical company located in Boston, MA, is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to turn permanent. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be managing the demanding schedules and communications of company executives. This role is on-site Monday through Friday with hours of 9am to 5pm. Compensation is $45-50 per hour depending on level of experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.Job ResponsibilitiesCalendar management, prioritizing commitments, and travel arrangements (planning itineraries, developing agendas, meeting materials and reporting expenses)Sending, arranging review/signing of, and filing documents such as CDAs, MSAs, and Consulting Agreements.Work closely and effectively with Leadership to keep them well informed of upcoming deadlines and responsibilities, following up as appropriate.Collaborating with external vendor to update and manage company website and with internal team to manage social media presenceCreate and proofread presentation materials for external conferences/meetings as neededOnsite and Offsite meeting logistic coordinationDesired CompetenciesPrior Administrative support experience working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ years related experience.Pre-existing legal support is a plus.Project management including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects where applicable.Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage the activities and schedules of multiple Senior Leaders with little or no supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry a plus.Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
