We are a small but rapidly growing heavy equipment repair shop dedicated to serving our customers with quality and precision. Alongside repair services, we provide equipment inspections, training, and certification to support our clients in meeting safety standards and maximizing their operational efficiency.

As part of our close-knit team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact as we expand our services and grow our business. We’re seeking a driven Parts Manager who’s ready to wear multiple hats and help us take our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels of parts and supplies. Conduct regular audits and manage stock to reduce downtime and avoid shortages.

Procurement: Source parts from vendors at competitive prices and build strong supplier relationships.

Scheduling Support: Assist in scheduling equipment inspections, repairs, and training sessions to meet customer needs efficiently.

Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill parts requests from technicians and customers, ensuring timely delivery.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to parts availability, quality, and pricing.

Budgeting: Manage the parts department budget, optimizing expenses and reducing waste.

System Management: Utilize inventory and work order management software to track parts, update records, and generate reports.

Compliance: Ensure all parts and equipment are stored and handled in accordance with safety regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

As a key member of our growing team, this role may also include:

Coordinating equipment inspection schedules for customers.

Collaborating with leadership to improve workflows and streamline operations in a growing shop environment.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Parts Manager or similar role, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment parts and repair processes.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, customers, and vendors.

Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with equipment brands such as Genie, Versalift, Altec, etc.

Experience in QuickBooks Online

Knowledge of local and national parts suppliers.
