Melanie K. Fleet & Co. is currently hiring for a dependable, driven, and experienced Executive Assistant who can assist both with professional and personal projects. This is a unique position with endless possibilities - you will be working for a highly successful real estate agent who has built a multi-million dollar business in a short amount of time, by working extremely hard and delivering an above and beyond customer service experience. This will also be a NEW role, so the candidate must be a high energy self-starter with the ability to take ideas and put into action someone who can be my amazing -everything- assistant. Must be able to design and implement efficient systems, deliver phenomenal customer service, ensure excellent communication between clients/agents/vendors, and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that help generate more localized business. The successful candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, which can at times be fast paced and require working independently while also help develop strategies for the future.
Experience in sales and marketing is a plus. Must have real estate license OR willingness to obtain one (I will help!).
This is a full time salaried position with the expected availability of 9-5 plus some night and weekend help as needed. There is some flexibility to do some projects from home, but due to the nature of real estate you must be local/close to Newton area as the job will require traveling to different properties & sometimes on very short notice.
