WORKS by JD is hiring an Executive Assistant to partner with executives in HR, marketing, sales, project planning, operations, finance, real estate, recruiting, coaching, and public relations. This role ensures smooth business operations, efficient communication, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
️ Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
️ Serve as a primary point of contact for emails, calls, and business communications
️ Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items
️ Assist with special projects, research, and reporting
️ Coordinate travel, accommodations, and event planning
️ Organize reports, presentations, and maintain confidential documents
️ Support HR processes, onboarding, and team workflows
️ Assist with marketing campaigns, planning, and performance tracking
️ Structure sales processes to improve efficiency and conversions
️ Oversee project coordination and operational efficiency
️ Monitor budgets, track financial reports, and manage pricing structures
️ Support public relations, networking, and strategic outreach
Qualifications:
✅ Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and project management software
✅ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
✅ Experience in marketing, sales, recruiting, or finance is a plus
