Our client, a consulting firm in Boston, MA is seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager (EA/OM) to provide executive support and manage day-to-day office operations at their Boston office. This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring the smooth functioning of both executive tasks and office management duties. This role is compensating up to $40/hour on the contract side and will consist of a Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm schedule. This role is a 3 month contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.Responsibilities:Executive Support:Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointmentsAssist with travel arrangements and itinerariesProcess and track expense reportsOffice Management:Maintain office supplies and inventoryLiaise with vendors to resolve office-related issuesProvide facilities support as neededAdministrative Tasks:Assist with special administrative projects as assignedOrganize and maintain office records and filesProvide general office support to team membersRequirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Previous experience in an administrative or office management roleStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and take initiativeAdditional Information:This is an onsite position at our Boston office, requiring presence from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMOpportunity for a permanent position may arise, but is not guaranteed at this time.Ideal Candidate:Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to juggle both executive and office management duties with ease.A detail-oriented, solution-focused individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with a dynamic team.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing team while gaining exposure to both executive support and office management tasks in a corporate environment.
