We are a small family-owned service company in Malden looking for a customer-oriented dispatcher.
Responsibilities:
-Manage incoming calls and daily schedule
-Work with technicians to ensure customer’s needs are met and service completed
-Learn and display proficiency with specialized computer software
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
Skills:
-Customer support experience or experience in a customer-service based field
-Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and work well within a team
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment while maintaining positivity
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7am-3pm at our Malden office - no overtime or weekends required.
Job Type: Full-time
