About the Role:
As the Customer Service & Long Distance Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients planning long-distance moves. You’ll coordinate logistics, schedule crews, manage paperwork, and ensure top-tier service from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
Coordinate long-distance moves and schedules
Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, and moving crews
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the move process
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
