We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable team member to join the team in our Salem, MA office. Some duties may include processing invoices, filing invoices, and backup and edit of invoices. Duties may also include clerical, reception, and payroll tasks.
This is an office-based role and does not have the option to Work from Home.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience in an account payable and/or payroll function
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function as part of a team
Sound computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
Demonstrates good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong organizational skills with focus on accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines all the while being detail-oriented
Ability to complete work independently with a high degree of accuracy, judgment and integrity
