Key Responsibilities:
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, and collections
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
Prepare and manage financial reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools in Excel
Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
