Job Summary:
As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment efforts of the company. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment software.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining recruitment-related documents.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Contribute to other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bilingual in Creole and English
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
